Do you offer discounts?

We have seasonal discounts for the holiday season, as well as occasional discount codes sent to anyone signed up to our mailing list.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We absorb approximately half of the shipping costs, and provide a standard $19 shipping rate for all orders. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. The processing time for every order is 3-5 days, and then shipping will take approximately 8-14 days for US, and 8-12 days for UK/Europe. If your order is delayed beyond 60 days, you are viable for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

We do not require returns. You may keep the product even if you are not fully satisfied with the purchase. All we require is a photograph of the fault, sent to airlumination@gmail.com with your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem, and we will fully refund you.
